I am nothing special; just a common woman with common thoughts, and I've led a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten. But in one respect I have succeeded as gloriously as anyone who's ever lived: I've loved another with all my heart and soul; and to me, this has always been enough.
It was a horrendous trip. I didn't get to celebrate my birthday in Taipei. I really wanted to have a birthday cake for my birthday. I felt so alone. Realised I was somehow forgotten except by my family members and a few good friends. My mum gave me 2 pecks on my cheek when I returned home from my trip. That was so sweet of her. My former boyfriend sent me a birthday card. This is how I spent my birthday in 2007.
